Mark has been in real estate sales since 2000 and has been a top producer since 2001.
After majoring in music in 1982, Mark began his career as a band director and professional musician. He continues to perform as a trombonist in Charlotte.
From 1987 until 2000, Mark worked as a major account representative for a local technology company. He was their top salesperson every year from 1988 until his transition into real estate in mid-2000.
In 2006, Mark received his MBA from the McColl School of Business. In addition to honing his business and negotiation skills, this experience left Mark with a broader sense of community and leadership. He currently serves on the board for Nevins Center of Charlotte and is active in several other non-profit organizations. He is an avid baseball fan and golfer and enjoys watching his son Ben play baseball.
Mark believes that success in business is about building relationships. The most important component in developing those relationships is trust. When you are discussing a major purchase such as a home, this is key. Having an expertise in understanding the current market as well as working in the best interest of a client helps build that trust.
“I feel honored when someone allows me to help them with their home purchase or sale. I view every home transaction as if it were my own.”
